Rehabilitation Access	Please Note: If you are registering for access to the public areas of our forum, skip the next 4 form fields. If you would like to register for access to the restricted rehabilitation sections of the site, you must complete the information below. This information establishes your eligibility. Access to the wildlife rehabilitation areas of the site is available to permitted wildlife rehabilitators, wildlife organizations/officials, federal/state/local agencies. Duplicate registrations WILL be deleted. If you have forgotten your password, please use the login link rather than create a new account. Proper format is to list type of permits. Include the year state permit was acquired. Example: State (2003) Federal Possession Endangered, Game Warden, Veterinarian, etc. This will help in determining placement of wildlife with appropriately permitted rehabilitators. Subpermittees must include their sponsor's name in the permit info. If you are registering for rehab access, once you have activated your registration you will also need to update your listing to include the species accepted and any additional comments. Once you have updated your registration, visit the message board to send a PM (private message) to admin.
